Dear students,
tomorrow the 5th - santa claus day. Santa clause will come to town - with his
accompany called "krampus" those shapes do look like devils. They are
equipped with masks, skin suits, bells and a rod. It is custom to beat
people very softy with their rods on the peoples feet and to frighten them - this is traditional.

But unfortunately there are always a few devils - especially by night - who
become drunken. They run after people and beat them with their rods or
chains - sometimes - really, really hard.
It is a senselessly aggressive behaviour of those stupid guys. This is the reason why a lot of people stay at home at these night(s).
It is getting better from year to year - but - just that you know.
So I want specially ask the female students to take care at these days and
not to walk alone around in the late afternoon and by night

Imorgon har vi bokat biljetter till Salzburg för att gå på julmarknaden där. Den ska vara väldigt känd här i Österrike, Hoppas man ska få lite mer julstämning för med det här vädret känns inte som att det ska bli julafton snart. Snarare att sommaren är påväg! Annars är det inte länge till jag kommer hem, så några skoluppgifter som ska behöva avklaras sen går flyget den 17e! Längtar massor!
